PHOTO-Three University Runs Girls Beheaded by Sugar Daddy

This is why I always preach that ladies shouldbe careful with their craze for materialism but some people just don’t want to listen. Sleeping with strange RICH men for money is very dangerous.
Below is the sad story of this three beautiful girls:
Three corpses of female students whose heads have been beheaded was thrown from a Range Rover sport jeep at Ijebu-Ode/Ibadan road on Monday morning by men suspected to be their Sugar Daddies.
One of the girl is fair in complexion with UNILAG identity card(Yetunde Ajao) inside her hand bag. The second girl is an OOUITE student (Oyindamola Esan) also fair in complexion and kind of tall. The last girl is short, plumpy and dark [as seen in the photo above].Anyone who knows them should kindly notify their friends or family members. I hear it’s a gory sight.
What can I say Please people should stop this evil acts!

Student Leaks Video Of Her And Her Lecturer Having Sex

According to 411Vibes, a young Ghanian student, who claimed to be in one of the well known Federal institution in Ghana, sent in a scandalous video. The source claims that the girl in the video, who happens to be the one of the `bigger girls on campus clique’  has been known for her promiscuous ways and sexual relations with loads of people
But has never gone to the extent of filming her -tape.The source also hinted that though the lecturer didn’t have a problem with their sexual desire videoed, he never would have expected it to leak as she assured him it was just for their viewing pleasure.Apparently, the video has been making its rounds on the internet lately.
Making and releasing sex-tape is starting to become a new norm in the African society as young men and women who are hoping for quick fame have now realised that selling sex is the fastest way to get there.Do you think we should accept these new acts as just the signs of changing times, or do you believe such acts of sexual promiscuity should be nipped in the bud.Share your views in the comments section.

IBB To Expose Buhari Over Missing $2.8B Oil Money

A complex situation that may be too hot to handle may soon erupt between two former heads of states, General Buhari and General Babangida over political differences.Babagida has threatened to bring up an issue that seems likely to create conflicts if not quenched now.“On Gen. Buhari, it is not in IBB’s tradition to take up issues with his colleague former President. But for the purpose of record,
We are conversant with Gen. Buhari’s so-called holier-than-thou attitude.“He is a one-time Minister of Petroleum and we have good records of his tenure as minister. Secondly, he also presided over the Petroleum Trust Fund ( PTF) which records we also have. We challenge him to come out with clean hands in those two portfolios he headed. Or, we will help him to expose his “records of performance during those periods. Those who live in glass houses do not throw stones.
Gen. Buhari should be properly guided.”The above statement was issued by the former ministry head of states, General Ibrahim Badamosi Babangida through his media adviser, Prince Kassim Afegbua. The gap toothed retired military officer has threatened to expose the shady deals his colleague, General Buhari did while in office as Petroleum Minister. If you remember, Buhari once held that mouthwatering position during the Murtala/Obasanjo regime in 1976. No fraud was recorded then aside the missing $2.8B conspicuously missing from the NNPC account in Midlands Bank, U.K.

The brain chemicals released after sex bring long-term couples closer together.

sexy-black-couple-kiss
Men tend to drift off after sex—trust me, it’s not you, it’s the oxytocin—but with a little gentle pillow talk, you might be able to improve your relationship and your sex life.
According to biological anthropologist Dr. Helen Fisher, author of Anatomy of Love and four other books on the science of love, our brains have evolved over millennia to create deep feelings of attachment after sex.
There are three main brain chemicals that work to bring long-term couples closer together after intercourse: oxytocin and vasopressin—known as the attachment hormones—and dopamine, the reward chemical. This cocktail of chemicals evolved, according to Fisher, to enable couples to bond long enough to raise at least one infant together. In other words, pair-bonding provides motivation to share parental chores, which benefits offspring. Evolutionarily speaking, romantic attachment is a good thing for the human race.
While sexual intercourse can create warm and fuzzy feelings for both women and men, it also tends to make men sleepy—at least in the short-term. Scientists have recently discovered that parts of men’s brains shut off after sex—specifically their prefrontal cortex—which can cause drowsiness. Not exactly news to many couples, but apparently that, combined with the release of hormones like prolactin, has a profound sleep-inducing effect for men. An orgasm might make a man feel closer to his mate, but it also acts like a very pleasant sleeping pill.
So while orgasms often make women feel loving, energetic, and almost literally high—they can make men feel like they just took a don’t-talk-to-me-I’m-tired pill.
In short, if he falls asleep, don’t take it personally: It’s not you, it’s his prefrontal cortex. And his inability to answer questions can also be seen as very good feedback—he liked sex with you so much that he’s completely knocked out. He also may just need a 10-minute nap instead of falling into deep sleep—you could talk to him when he wakes up from that, refreshed.
If you’re strategic, and don’t take his grogginess to heart, you can use the post-coital period to your advantage. Here’s what to bring up, and what not to, while you’re pillow-talking post-sex:
What not to say:
  • “I’m really irritated about this thing you do all the time.”
  • “I thought I asked you to fix that crack in the ceiling.”
  • “That was great, darling, but last time was better.”
  • “I’m looking at your face and I just want to smash it with a sledgehammer and squeeze it, you’re so pretty” (unless you’re Adam Sandler in Punch Drunk Love).
  • “I’m looking for ways to improve; will you fill out this customer-service questionnaire?”
  • “And now for your performance review.”
What to say:
  • “God, I love the way you kissed my neck/did that thing with your tongue/used your hands like that.”
  • “You’re really good at this.”
  • “Your face is so adorable.”
  • “I like the way you smell/feel/look/sound.”
  • Any compliment that starts with his name
  • “You know what I wish?”
  • “Let’s go on vacation/go to dinner/start a project together.”
If ever there was a time to bond with your mate, the sweet spot after sex is it. The chemicals released by the body will bring a unique vulnerability to both of you. It’s best to keep it positive—you’re both naked in many ways. If you’re feeling safe, it can also be a time to bring up sensitive subjects—but only because you’re both feeling open and trusting. If you sense he’s not ready, don’t push it—remember, it’s all about keeping the mood intimate and comfortable.

Good Reasons Why Lovers Must Have Séx Before Marriage

A lot of teens these days are taking something called the “purity pledge,” wherein they vow not tohave séx until they get married. Hey, I’m all for people putting off séx until they’re Ã¡dults and can handle the rámifications. Because even with safe séx, séx comes with responsibilities.
It does tend to emotionally bond you to someone, and that can mean getting emotionally attached to the wrong person. Once séx enters the equation, a relationship is never the same. But one woman recently wrote about her “purity pledge” that went wrong…

It led to an incredibly short starter marriage. Once she realized that she and her new husband had absolutely zero séxual chemistry, she counted down the days until she could get a divorce, which happened six months into their marriage. Here are five reasons to get rid of that purity pledge and do the dirty before you say “I do.”
Séxual chemistry.
Jessica Ciencin Henriquez, who kept her “purity” until her wedding night, writes in Salon:
“Our bodies wanted different things from one another, so what we ended up with was a horizontal battle. I would hear married girlfriends talk about the joys of make-up séx and continue to sip my coffee in silence. We would fight, and then have bad séx and then fight some more. Every flaw in our marriage and in him seemed much more miserable when combined with the possibility of faking orgasms until death did we part. There was no relief. Six months into our marriage, the idea of separating seemed more appealing than feigning headaches for the rest of my life.”
As Jessica found out, séxual chemistry is something that can really only be ascertained by, well, having séx. Jessica would make out for hours with her husband before their marriage, so she thought that would translate into awesome horizontal mambo. But it didn’t.
Séxual identity.
I know too many couples where one partner was able to cover up his or her true séxual pérsuasion because he or she simply didn’t have séx with anyone. Not having séx with the opposite séx can also mean you ignore those longings you might have for the same séx, and therefore don’t acknowledge them.
Séx itself.
Not everyone is great in bed, and most people don’t start out very good at all. A lot of good séx is about listening to your partner and being able to respond accordingly. But how do you know if someone is a good listener or responder unless you try it first?
Size.
Don’t you want to know if your husband is packing a hunting rifle or a tiny little plastic kid’s pistol? After all, he knows how big your boobs are. I’m not saying size would be a dealbreaker, but don’t you have the right to know what’s down there?
Séxual issues.
Séxual problems like prémature Ã©jaculation, inability to get an Ã©rection, or even an allergy to your partner’s semen are all possibilities, wouldn’t you rather deal with those issues before you’re married? This way you know if your future is even going to address them.
Let’s face it, séx plays a big role in marriage. Just like you should discuss children, religion, and where you both want to live before tying the knot, séx is too big a part of a relationship to leave to chance.
NOTE: this is not according to Naijamayor  but from the Huffington Post.
So with these révelations, do you agree it’s a good idea to have séx before marriage?

Muslim man gets 11 years jail after burning Bible

Muslim man received a harsh prison sentenced after he burned the Bible, according to court proceedings in Egypt.
Ahmed Abdullah
                                               Ahmed Abdullah

The Islamic preacher, who is known in Egypt for his hate speeches against Coptic Christians, was sentenced to 11 years in prison for burning a Bible in front of the U.S. embassy during a protest against an anti-Islam movie, last year.
An Egyptian court in Cairo sentenced Ahmed Abdullah on Sunday for insulting religion and for burning of a Bible. He was also fined 3,000 Egyptian pounds, or about $430.
Abdullah’s son was sentenced to eight years in prison and a fine of 2,000 Egyptian pounds, or $286 for his role in the Bible burning.
Abdullah publicly burned the copy of the Bible as part of a protest against the anti-Islam movie “Innocence of Muslims”. The movie was produced in the United States by a Coptic Christian of Egyptian origin, and raised anti-American protests in the Muslim world. Abdullah also announced that he planned to send his grandson to urinate on the Bible.
The decision was a surprise to many, since the Egyptian courts are heavily biased towards Islamists.

JTF and Boko Haram Gunfight In Yobe: At Least 11 Persons Have Been Confirmed Dead

JTF and Boko Haram Gunfight In Yobe: At Least 11 Persons Have Been Confirmed Dead

At least 11 persons have been confirmed dead after gunmen suspected to be members of Boko Haram attacked a secondary school and a military check post in Damaturu, the Yobe State capital, military and witnesses said.
The spokesman of the Military Joint Task Force, JTF, in Yobe State, Eli Lazarus, confirmed the incident, which took place on Sunday night.
The attack was the first in the last nine months in the city, which is now under a dusk to dawn curfew. The attack also comes despite the heavy deployment of soldiers after the emergency rule declaration in the state.
Mr. Lazarus said two teachers and seven students lost their lives during the attack on Government Secondary School, Damaturu, while soldiers also killed two of the attackers.
Three soldiers were critically injured in the nocturnal clash that lasted over five hours, even as soldiers said three of the suspected Boko Haram members were caught alive and are currently in the custody of the security.
A doctor in the city’s General Hospital, Salem Umar, told Journalists that eleven corpses were brought to the hospital when he was on duty on Sunday.
“We had six other students admitted with various degrees of injuries and they are currently receiving treatment at the Accident and Emergency ward”, said Dr. Umar.
Witnesses who would only speak on the condition of anonymity told reporters that the gunmen stormed their hostels few minutes after 9 p.m. on Sunday and started shooting. They said scared students were forced to flee for dear lives.
“They caught some of our student colleagues and ordered them to take them to the teachers’ quarters after which they were also killed thereafter,” said one of the students who seemed broken and survived by hiding under a dormitory bed.

Five Hour Gunfight Between JTF and Boko Haram In Yobe

Residents of Damaturu, the Yobe state capital, have reported about a gun battle between security forces and members of the Boko Haram, which lasted for over 5 hours on Sunday night.
The relative peace which currently being enjoyed in Damaturu, the Yobe state capital, suffered a setback as sound of gunshots were heard throughout the night.
Sporadic gunshots were heard within the Damaturu metropolis around 9pm and lasted for over five hours.
Although an official statement is still being expected from either the Joint Task Force (JTF) or the police on the cause of the gunshots, residents believe it was a clash between security forces and the radical Islamic sect, the Boko Haram.
Yobe State government had four days ago reviewed the restriction of movement from 9pm to 6am in Damaturu, while curfew in other towns remained 6pm to 6am daily.
The last time gunshots were heard in Damaturu was 9 months ago when a field commander of the radical sect; Bakaka was killed in a gun duel with JTF at Khandahar area of Damaturu.

20 Killed In Renewed Benin City Cult War

No fewer than 20 persons have been killed in the past four days in different parts of Benin City, following a renewed cult war between suspected members of  Eiye Confraternity and Black Axe.

Over 10 persons were said to have been arrested by the Edo State Police Command in connection with the incident.
It was gathered that some of the leaders of the groups are on the run following the collaboration of security agencies with the state government to hunt for the suspects.
Vanguard was informed that the latest face-off was triggered  last Thursday when members of one of the groups went to the home of one of the suspects currently on the run, whose father was said to belong to one of the warring groups to resolve some money related issues.
It was learnt that while they were settling the issue, the suspect went upstairs to fetch a pump action gun and shot a member of the rival cult group on the leg.
The victim was rushed to the hospital by his colleagues while the suspect fled. Consequently, colleagues of the victim mobilised  for reprisal attacks, visiting the homes of members of the rival  group.
It was learnt that the attack led to the killing of a colleague of the suspect who started the shooting at New Benin. As expected, the cult war escalated. There were killings in Idu Owena, after Ugbowo, Isihor, Ugbiyoko, Textile Mill Road, New Benin and Igbesanwa.
Vanguard was reliably informed that no fewer than 20 persons have been killed so far. As a result, night life in Benin City has been affected as people no longer relax in bars in the evenings due to fear of being attacked by the rampaging cultists.
Oshiomhole summons security meeting
Worried by the development, it was learnt that Governor Adams Oshiomhole convened an emergency security meeting last Friday, asking security operatives to fish out the killers. Vanguard learnt that about 10 persons have been arrested so far while efforts were on towards finding a peaceful resolution to the crisis.
The Edo State Police Commissioner, Mr Folounsho Adebanjo, who could not confirm the casualty figure, described the killings as unacceptable and vowed that the police would deal with the situation.
According to him, “we are not relaxing at all. We are in search of the leaders behind this. Some persons have been arrested while some are on the run. The killings will stop because our officers are all on the alert now. I can assure you that anybody arrested will be dealt with very seriously.

“All security agencies in the state are concerned. The governor is equally concerned, residents of the state are concerned. So we will not relent until we stop this madness. It is very sad that people no longer value human lives.”

Lagos Businessman Meets His Death While Having Sex With A Popular Big Girl

A popular big girl in Asaba, Delta State capital has been arrested by detectives following a mysterious death of a Lagos businessman in the hotel room the lady and the deceased had booked.
The 35 year old died while “having an affair” with the popular big girl according to ASP Lucky Uyabaeme, the police spokesperson in Delta State. Details emerged that the Lagos businessman was in town for some business deals and asked a friend to “arrange” a romping session for him.
The deceased man’s friend assisted them check into a popular hotel (name withheld) with the lady whose name has just been given as Stella.
The lady was seen running out of the room 40 minutes after they got in screaming for help. Hotel workers rushed into the room and found the businessman lifeless on the bed.
The lady vanished during that commotion but was later caught and delivered to the police. Investigations into the man’s death – who has only been referred to as Peter is still going on.

Confederation Cup: Super Eagles Still Not In Brazil, 24 Hours To Crucial Match

The Nigerian national football team, Super Eagles, have yet to arrive in Brazil, 24 hours to their crucial Group B encounter with Tahiti, in Belo Horizonte at the 2013 FIFA Confederation Cup.
Agitation over match bonus payments "grounded" the team in Windhoek after playing a 1-1 draw with hosts, Namibia, in an African qualifier for the 2014 FIFA World Cup, also to be hosted by Brazil.
A PANA Correspondent, covering the eight-team tournament, reports that the late arrival of the Super Eagles may have resulted in the general fan apathy for the tie taking place on Monday.
Only 17,210 tickets for the match had been bought as at Friday night while the venue of the match can hold 62,547 spectators.
According to the organisers, additional 36,134 tickets are still available for the Nigeria match but local football followers appeared skeptical, fearing either a 'no-show' or a below par performance, considering the rating of Tahiti and the apparent apathy the Nigerian side is putting up.
Even, 2,308 of the tickets sold for the Monday game were yet to be collected.
In contrast, all tickets for the Brazil-Japan opening game of Saturday were expectedly bought.
Also sold are tickets for the group matches between Mexico and Italy in Rio on Sunday and that between Spain and Uruguay in Recife on the same day as well as Brazil and Italy in Salvador on June 22.
For Saturday's opening match, 64,721 tickets were sold while Mexico-Italy match already had 71,407 tickets sold and collected.
The only Nigerian match that has attracted significant interest is the potentially explosive encounter with World Cup holders and European champions, Spain, slated for Fortaleza on 23 June.
About 45,234 tickets have been sold for the match, while additional 9,465 are being offered for sale.
Meanwhile, the Super Eagles will lodge at the Caesars Park Inn when they arrive in the sixth Brazilian most populous city of Belo Horizonte.
Their late arrival will not afford the Nigerians the opportunity to have a feel of the match venue, the sumptuous and historical Estadio Mineirao, where the U.S. shocked England in a World Cup match 63 years ago.
The stadium has since 1965 been reconstructed
Jet lag permitting, the Super Eagles may have light training at the Estadio Raimundo Sampaio.
On the other hand, Tahiti which has been intensifying training sessions since arriving Brazil on June 7 will again have another feel of the Estadio Mineirao on Sunday evening (6.30pm Nigerian time) with a two-hour training session.
They will then round off their public activity for the day with a press conference.
Owing to the late coming of Nigeria, no activity has been slated for the Super Eagles who may not have a pre-match conference.

Girl Exposes Private Part On Stage For Iyanya During UK Concert (Photo)

Singer Iyanya no doubt has got so many fans most likely more female fans as one of them wowed him during his 'kukere' concert in London.
photo
While in Manchester a female fan was called up onstage to give a bootilicious dance over one of Iyanya’s classical songs ’Flavour’ in front of multitudes of fans.
She did what she had to do but  apparently her dress was too short, so when she bent down, everything at the bottom side was revealed.
This may not have been her intention but she’s a smart girl who transforms weakness into power. She turned the unfortunate incident into a show for all the fans.

Tinubu’s Mother, Abibatu Mogaji, Dies At 96

President-General, Association of Nigerian Market Women and Men, Abibatu Mogaji, on Saturday died at 96.
Mogaji was the mother of former governor of Lagos State and National Leader, Action Congress of Nigeria, Bola Tinubu.
A statement issued said she would be buried on Sunday (today), at the Ikoyi Vaults and Gardens, Lagos.
Mogaji recently received an honorary Doctorate Degree from the Ahmadu Bello University during its 50th anniversary.
Governor of Osun State, Rauf Aregbesola, described the death of the matriarch as a great loss to millions of people.
In a statement by the Director, Bureau of Communications and Strategy, Osun State, Mr. Semiu Okanlawon, the governor said Mogaji’s death would leave a big vacuum both in politics and commercial sectors of not only Lagos State but Nigeria at large.
Aregbesola said Mogaji led a life of substance that is worthy of emulation.
He said, “Mama Abibatu Mogaji was a mother in a million. We commiserate with her children, particularly Asiwaju Bola Tinubu for their great loss.
“We commiserate with the Oba of Lagos, Rilwan Akiolu; the Mogaji family; the people of Lagos, particularly Femi Okunnu; the party; the government of Lagos; and market men and women in Nigeria and Lagos in particular.
“We pray that God gives them the fortitude to bear the loss and we pray God grants her Aljana Firdaus.”
Lagos State Governor, Babatunde Fashola, said the death was “a great national and personal loss.”
In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media, Hakeem Bello, Fashola said she was a defender of people’s rights.
He said, “She was one of the pioneer traders who ventured into the capital intensive and risky business of importing consumer goods, thereby breaking the monopoly previously enjoyed by foreign tradesmen. Her business acumen attracted the attention of multi-national enterprises operating in Nigeria, then, which had no option but to register her as a business partner and distributor of their consumer goods in Nigeria.”
Also, the state Peoples Democratic Party, in a statement by its Publicity Secretary, Gani Taofik, described the deceased as a dogged fighter for justice.

UNIUYO Riots: Akpabio Calls For Thorough Investigation

Governor Godswill Akpabio of Akwa Ibom State has called for the establishment of a panel to probe the riot that erupted in the University Of Uyo (UNIUYO), resulting in property damage of millions of Naira, so as to bring the culprits to book.

On Wednesday, students of the Department of Engineering staged a demonstration to the Office of the Vice-Chancellor to protest the hike in the transport fare from the institution's town campus to the permanent campus.  The peaceful protest however turned awry: two students were reported to have been killed; the offices of the Vice Chancellor and the Deputy Vice Chancellor were torched; and several cars and the security post were vandalised.
The worst hit was the university's Examinations and Records Department, which was set ablaze.  The department maintains academic records, especially the transcripts of students who graduated from the defunct College of Education, Uyo; the defunct University of Cross River State; the present University of Uyo; and the Unified Matriculation Tertiary Examination.
The governor, who was conducted round the scene of the incident on Thursday by the Vice Chancellor of the university, Professor Comfort Ekpo, in the company of Deputy Vice Chancellors Paul Ekwere and Okon Ansa, described the riot as criminal, targeted and pre-meditated.
He said that the miscreants took undue advantage of the disagreement at the institution, and that the students targeted the destruction of the school's academic records and policies, saying that it was a pre-planned arrangement by the miscreants who pretended to be students of the institution.
"This act is a disaster,” Chief Akpabio declared.  “My observation here is that the destruction of the buildings was targeted at the 20-year-old school records and examination results.  It was a pre-planned arrangement by miscreants who are professional “students” using the opportunity of the peaceful protest to raze down buildings where the school's academic records were kept.
Akpabio called on the Nigerian police to carry out a thorough investigation into the case, and suggested the involvement of President Goodluck Jonathan, who is the Visitor, as well as the Minister of Education, in getting to the root cause of the matter.vThe governor expressed his sympathies with the institution over the sad incident, and pledged the state government’s readiness to build and hand over two hostels to the university as soon as the institution allocates a site for the project.
In her remarks, Professor Ekpo explained how the institution had decided on the increase of the transport fare from N100 to N200 from the town campus to the permanent campus after the students.
The President of the Students' Union Government, Lucky Imo Inyang and the Vice President of National Association of Nigerian Students, Comrade Ubon Marcus, expressed their regrets about the incident, blaming it on miscreants who hijacked the peaceful demonstration by the students.

Messi Could Be Jailed For Four Years

Lionel Messi, the Barcelona star footballer and his father are accused of scamming $5.3 million in taxes from Spanish authorities. Along with his father, Jorge Horacio Messi, the high income player is accused of fraudulent tax returns for 2007, 2008 and 2009.
It’s clear this won’t be a simple case. A judge must accept the prosecutor’s lawsuit before any charges could be brought.
This is bad press for the World Star player but centers on companies and endorsement deals. Tax advisers can be expected to contend that this is no more than tax planning, not unlike aggressive football play.
According to Forbes, Messi earns $41.3 million per year, making him the 10th highest-paid athlete in the world. But not all of it is for actual play.
He is said to collect $21 million from endorsement deals, including Adidas. He makes about $20 million from Barcelona. Only David Beckham and Cristiano Ronaldo had higher earnings from soccer. In a statement released via his Facebook page, Messi said:
“We have just known through the media about the claim filed by the Spanish tax authorities. We are surprised about the news, because we have never committed any infringement. We have always fulfilled all our tax obligations, following the advice of our tax consultants who will take care of clarifying this situation.”
Messi’s contract is understood to pay €11 million (£8.5 million) a year net. But the issue is beyond salary. Barcelona’s El Periodico newspaper says it involves commercial revenues from the Spanish authorities from 2006 through 2009 by directing the income to companies in tax havens. Much remains unclear, but if the reports are to be believed, the image and license deals are assigned to companies domiciled in tax havens.

REVEALED! Late MKO Abiola's Personal Doctors Reveals Shocking New Details About His Death

This is the first time a detailed analysis of the issues leading to the June 12, 1993, election and detention and subsequent controversial death of the late Chief M.K.O. Abiola, winner of the election, is outlined by an insider who is very close to both Abiola and late Sani Abacha to know the secret details.

Below is Dr Ore Falomo, Abiola's personal physician's exposé. It is a must read...

Can you recall your last meeting with M.K.O Abiola. When was it, and what was the state of his health?
It was about two weeks before he died. But the visit before the last was more remarkable. It was arranged by the military government to dispel the rumour that Abiola had died in detention. They quickly arranged a meeting for me to go and see him.

They sent one captain from Aso Rock to me to tell me that I was needed urgently in Aso Rock. This was the penultimate meeting to the last meeting with him. I found the message strange because my previous meetings were arranged by the commissioner of police in Abuja, under whom Abiola was supposed to be. Whenever I visited him, I usually returned to Lagos by 6pm, but that day, it was not possible because immediately I got into the car, they started driving round Abuja to waste time so that it would be dark and I won’t recognise where they were taking me to.

When we got to the place, Abiola was there. It was a new place; I had not seen him there before. It was a bungalow. As soon as they opened the door and Abiola saw me, he came towards me and we hugged. We sat and unlike before, none of the guards waited to listen to our discussion. We spoke Yoruba all the time. They objected to it at first, later on they agreed. That day he was behaving like he was in the spirit. I told him there was a rumour that he had been killed. He said, ‘I know that I’m dead. They have dug the grave. They have put me in the grave except that they have not close me up.’ I asked, ‘What happened? Have they injured you or injected you?’ He said no, but that he just knew.

That means he had the premonition that he was going to die in detention.
Yes. As he was talking, his mood changed. He told me he had forgiven those who caused his incarceration; that it was left for them to ask for forgiveness from God. He said he forgave them because he wants God to forgive him his sins. All these were strange, because in my previous visits, he was always asking about the things that were happening in the country. Then he started singing, ‘Nearer my God to thee, nearer to thee.’ He used to sing Christian songs. After signing the song in English, he started singing it in Yoruba. Then he got up; hugged me and we began to cry. It was very emotional. I tried to calm him down, because I didn’t know what he had seen. All through this period, the guards did not come to say time was up. I told him I will tell the story to the people, which was normal after every visit.

But did you observe any sign or symptoms of illness in him?
No. He was neither sick nor injured. You could say his spirit was low, but his body was good. There were no signs and symptoms of any illness. He spoke from a very conscious mind. That was the most poignant visit. The last visit was routine; to change his toiletries and so on.

The then Commonwealth Secretary-General, Chief Emeka Anyaoku, recently told us that when he visited Abiola few days to his death, he was in high spirits, because he was happily awaiting his release. How did he overcome the depression?

About two weeks to Abiola’s death, Abdulsalami Abubakar had started to send out word that Abiola might be released. So, the whole town started to rejoice. I don’t know how that one was done. They even got to me and said my trips to Abuja would soon end. I knew the government was not going to try him. Chief Rotimi Williams had already told us that they did not have any evidence against him. There was no point going to court. As far as I knew, Abiola knew that they would not allow him to come out just like that since they would not take him to court. Every time, they were asking him to denounce his mandate and prepare himself for another election, but he refused. During my last visit, I told him I had the rumour that Abubakar will release him but I did not want him to believe the rumour until there was concrete evidence.

How did you receive the news of his death?

That day, I was in the sitting room here. A call came from the personal physician of Abubakar. He said, ‘Doctor, get yourself ready and start coming to Abuja. The Head of State has sent his personal jet through Governor Buba Marwa, it would be at the VIP section of the airport.’ Of course, I was not going to enter that aircraft. But I asked him, ‘Why are you sending for me? I was given about two weeks appointment to come and see Abiola, so tell me what has happened that warrants me to come urgently.’ He didn’t want to tell me that Abiola had died, so that my reaction would not be, ‘Alright if you have killed him; eat him. I’m not the doctor for the dead, but for the living.’ That could have been my reaction, which was exactly my reaction when I finally learnt that he had died. After that, I called Kola Abiola and told him that something bad had happened but that I didn’t know the extent. The doctor also told me not to come alone; that I should bring any of my colleagues. I then thought, maybe he had not died. I told Kola and he said, ‘Doctor let’s go to the airport and take the plane to Abuja.’ I didn’t know Kola had heard. We boarded Kola’s car and he tuned to BBC news. At that time, it was about 15 minutes to 6pm. Then they announced that Abiola had died. I asked Kola, ‘Is that true?’ He wasn’t crying, I knew he had heard. I told him to turn back. And just before we got to Maryland, people had started rioting. We were lucky to escape without the car being damaged.

Did you eventually go to Abuja that day?

I refused to go. When we got back to the house, Kola asked me: ‘What is going to happen next?’ I said, ‘Nothing; I’m not going to Abuja.’ Then he said he must go. I said ‘Yes; go so that you take care of the body. One thing I want you to tell them is that they must not bury him because he is a Muslim. There must be a post-mortem.’ They were already talking to Abiola’s two wives about burying him immediately.

REVELATION!

They arranged for them [the two wives] to come and see Abiola the day before he died. That was of course for them to say goodbye. They did all of these without my knowledge. Up till that time, I was the only one in five years, who was allowed to see Abiola.

Then I received another call. This time, the governor of Lagos, Marwa, said I should come, that the pilot and others were waiting, that he would send a car to pick me. I declined the offer and asked them to wait. I called Prof. Oye Adeniran to represent me. I told him to tell Abubakar’s physician that I want a post-mortem. When the doctor heard my request, he then called me back and said he would advise Abubakar that there must be a post-mortem. Then he said, ‘These are two deaths too many.’ He was referring to the death of Sani Abacha and that of Abiola. You remember in Abacha’s case, there was no post-mortem. How can a Head of State die so suddenly and he was hurriedly buried without a post-mortem. I told him that I would assemble a team of international pathologists to conduct the post-mortem. So, the body was embalmed and kept in the morgue waiting for the pathologists to arrive.

Some said Abiola was beaten to death, others said he was poisoned. As his doctor and member of the team that conducted the post-mortem, what were your findings?Abiola was not beaten. He died shortly after the American delegation got to Aguda House by 3pm. According to the written press conference given by Ambassador Thomas Pickering, who led the American delegation, Abiola died between 3:20 and 3:40pm that day. Nobody told Abiola that he was going to have visitors that day. So, they woke him up and he just brushed his teeth and came out to meet with them. He had not had his lunch. These were facts borne out of the autopsy. His intestine was clear. They exchanged banters, he told Susan Rice, who was part of the delegation, what she wore the first day he met her. Pickering said Abiola’s brain must be sharp to remember all that.

According to them, their mission was to convince Abiola to denounce his mandate and go for another election. By then Abacha had gone, one of their problems had been solved. Abiola was left.

They had brought that suggestion before and Abiola rejected it. So, their mission was unnecessary because they were not going to get him to say yes. It must have been for another purpose. When they came in, the chief guard that usually stayed with Abiola was not there because they didn’t tell him some people would be visiting. Abiola came unaccompanied to that meeting. Of course, they had been told he was a tea drinker. They brought a special flask, which Hamza Al-Mustapha described as multi-dimensional. They poured themselves tea and poured tea for Abiola. There was no precedence of a visitor bringing tea for the host. It is unconventional. It is not done anywhere in the world. Not only did they bring it, they offered someone in detention tea, with no guard around.

And Ambassador Pickering said in his press conference that shortly after he had taken the tea, he complained of pain in the chest and grabbed his chest. And later, he felt uncomfortable and then, he went to the convenience to ease himself, but he did not come back as expected. They called on him and he told them he was coming. By then, he had started feeling weak. They asked him if they should call the doctor but he said they should ask the guard to get his pain tablet. But he died before the pain tablet arrived. By the time the doctor came, Abiola had already died. They took him to Aso Rock clinic, where they tried to jerk his heart back to life, but he was gone. That was how he died.

Are you saying that the US had a hand in Abiola’s death?
Yes. It is necessary to note that death followed Pickering’s missions. A notable personality usually dies after his mission to any country. You can go and read about him. The question was: Why did he come? We know him as Central Intelligence Agency man and he was not the serving ambassador in the country then.

Abubakar was the one who gave them the appointment. During a cocktail to celebrate the US National Day, I asked the US Ambassador why they brought Pickering and others. I told him that Abacha, who was occupying Abiola’s position had died and why did they bring another military? We should also note that after Abiola died, Abubakar went to White House to visit the sitting American President and he went in military uniform. Can you recollect anybody who entered White House in military uniform? It is not done. He was given that exception. Up till now, nobody has repeated the precedence. What did he do? How long had he been on the throne here that he was received by the American President? Abacha was gone, Abiola was gone and they thought Nigeria’s problem was solved. But here we are.

The current American President has not found it important enough to come to the same country in which the previous governments took very big roles in taking those two actors out. I think it high time US apologised to Nigeria for the roles it played in the death of Abiola. The US also insisted on sending at least two pathologists just to protect its image, because there were rumours that it was the US that killed Abiola. Tony Blair sent a message to me through the British High Commissioner here that he was nominating Dr. John Shepherd, one of the top pathologists in England, and we made him the team captain. Human rights groups from Chicago sent in a pathologist. America insisted that they wanted to be well represented. So, they sent one Muslim doctor and one Christian doctor to me. I was there; Abubakar’s doctor was there; Dr. Coker, the owner of that hospital on Victoria Island was there and the team.

You believe Abiola was poisoned, but how come this team of highly qualified doctors, including yourself conducted the post-mortem and concluded that Abiola died from natural causes?

No, what they said was that there was not enough supply of blood to his heart because there was a collection of fatty materials in the blood vessels that supply blood to the heart. His heart did not get blood supply; that was why he died eventually. The question is, why did that happen? How could that happen to somebody who just woke up, had not done anything and was not doing any exercise. There are people who have worse conditions than that and they are still alive. Something must have engineered the heart to behave the way it did that Abiola could not survive more than 10 minutes. We took specimen from his intestine, took his blood and sent it to toxicologists in Canada and in London.

Another question to ask was where did Pickering type his press statement? Abiola died around 3:40pm and by 4pm, Pickering read his typed-written press statement and said he must have died of heart attack. The doctor that took Abiola’s body to Aso Rock clinic had not come when Pickering addressed the press. Could something have triggered the heart attack? The answer is yes. We also know that there are drugs that can affect the rhythm of the heart. Such drugs can disturb the rhythm of the heart to an extent that the heart can stop pumping blood. If you give it to anyone to drink in tablet or liquid form, it can make the heart to stop within minutes. Does this leave traces in the blood? Yes, because medical science has perfected all that now. They just conducted the post-mortem of Yasser Arafat, the Palestinian man that died about five years ago. When he died, nobody suspected, but now they believe he was poisoned and they are trying to find out what type of poison it was.

So, you believe medical science can detect the poison now?

Yes, and that is why we are calling for a more detailed investigation into the cause of Abiola’s death. Why are the human rights activists here not pushing for further investigation into Abiola’s death? Our government did not even want to say that the man won the election, until President Goodluck Jonathan came.

But did Abiola have any health condition that could have resulted to sudden death?

Tell me who had a better health than Abiola. Before he was detained, Abiola was a globetrotter. If not because he was very healthy, he wouldn’t have lasted five years in detention. He was not exercising, not seeing people and so on. They even tried to injure him once in the office of the Commissioner of Police in Abuja. A police officer that came from Aso Rock threw Abiola against a pillar and he hit his back and his spinal cord protruded. We gave Abiola a newspaper, and the policeman wanted collect it from him, but he refused. Then we looked for CT scan and there was none in Nigeria but Abacha was ready to let him go abroad for treatment. But many people feared that if he left, they would not have allowed him back into the country. This was because he had gone once and the then interim President Ernest Shonekan, did not allow him back into the country. It was the same Abacha that ensured that Abiola returned. Abacha had to change the guards at the airport, replaced them with his own guards and asked them to fly Abiola in from Cotonou. I was close to Abacha to know all these. Abiola landed and trouble started. Then there was the afternoon coup, Abacha took over from Shonekan. As far as Abacha was concerned, his reign was not to be permanent, he had to remove Shonekan to foil Ibrahim Babangida’s plan to come back. Babangida’s intention was to transform into a civilian president.
