Woman Arrested After Trying To Kill Her Boyfriend With Her Big Chest During S*X
A man claims he was nearly killed after his girlfriend choked him with her over sized chest, according to court proceedings.
A high-flying lawyer fled in terror nakèd after his girlfriend used her 38DDs in an attempt to kill him, a German court has heard.
Tim Schmidt, 30, said his girlfriend, Franziska Hansen, 33, mounted her assault while they were having sèx because she was jealous of his successful career.
She denies the charge of attempted murder with a deadly weapon after the incident in the city of Unna. According to her, it was a sèx game gone wrong and Schmidt panicked.
He told the court he was admiring her large chest closely when she suddenly stuck his head between her chest and squeezed hard. Schmidt was smothered and began to panic as he struggled to breathe, the court heard.
Schmidt told the court: “I was sitting there and I was kissing her chest when suddenly she grabbed my head in pushed it between her chest and held my head with all her might. I could not breathe, I must have turned blue. I could not tear myself free and thought I was going to die.”
He managed to pull free from the clutches of his girlfriend and run nakèd into the street. A neighbor allowed him to call the police from his home.
Hansen later admitted the plot during a phone conversation, he said. She said: “Treasure. I wanted your death to be as pleasant as possible.”

'I Only Did It 4 Times' - Gay Pastor Goes To Jail
A magistrate court has ordered that Pastor Philip Ogbebor, Founder and General Overseer of a Pentecostal Church in Benin City, be remanded at the Federal Medium Security Prison, Oko for allegedly having carnal knowledge of a 20-year-old male member of his church and administering secret oaths on him, including; threatening to kill him if he told anyone.
Surprisingly, the randy pastor of Breakthrough Ministries, Owina Street, off Sakponba road Benin city, neither denied the allegation of homosexuality levelled against him by the parents of one of his victims nor blamed the devil as many culprits will do. Instead, he said, “I am only passing through temptation. I only did it four times with the man who is 22 years old and a regular member of my church. I can’t claim that it was the devil’s influence , let God decide my case.”
However, the 42 year old randy pastor has been arraigned before a Magistrate court in Benin city on a charge bordering on indecent assault contrary to Sections 214(1) and 353 of the constitution respectively.
The Magistrate was said to have ordered his detention at the Oko medium security prison in the state capital pending the commencement of trial.
He faces a 14-year jail term, if found guilty by the court.
They Asked Me To Strip As Part Of The Audition Process ––Female Singer
"I am used to it. I just shot my video for my song, ‘Mo fi di lu’, the video will be coming out soon. Now, anything people do, I just smile and let it go because I have seen it all.”
The name Helenite may not ring a bell yet, but the songstress may rise fast in the music industry. What makes her unique is her husky voice. Although a beautiful lady, her voice can be mistaken for a man’s.
However, she said her husky voice suits her and her music well. She added:
“I do afro-pop music and RnB. I know I have a husky voice and it works very well for my music. It makes me different and unique. My unique husky voice is an advantage to me. Being a female musician does not mean that your voice has to be thin or faint. My voice is deep and my fans love it this way. On numerous occasions, I am mistaken for a man on the phone because of my voice.
"Sometime I could be with my female friends, when they receive their boyfriends’ calls and I talk in the background, they sometimes think they are with men till I talk to their boyfriends to clear the doubt in their mind. Funny thing is that when someone talks to me on the phone and see me in real life, they are shocked because of how beautiful I am.
The Sophisticated Prostitution Runs In Abuja
After visiting several locations known to be red-light districts, the Federal Capital Territory Administration (FCTA) through its secretary for social development, Mrs Blessing Onuh, announced a “total ban” on prostitution throughout the nation’s capital city. A 48-hour ultimatum was issued for all women of easy virtue to vacate the city and quit the job “because they constitute a nuisance in the city”.She added a fatwa on their male patrons who ruined “some of the girls [who] are under-aged”.
Other severe measures were lined up; security agencies actually combed some of the red-light districts and made several arrests. But rather than the scourge abating, it appears undying like the proverbial phoenix.
Prostitution in Abuja has metamorphosed from the conventional sedentary practice in local brothels to a sophisticated cartel of “runs babes” and the corporate realm. The “executive” type now holds in many luxury hotels in the Abuja metropolis and the exquisite homes of the super-rich.
Notorious spots include Port Harcourt Crescent, off Gimbiya Street, Garki; Adetokunbo Ademola Crescent and Sheraton Junction in Wuse II; and virtually all the discotheques. Even in poor neighbourhoods like Nyanyan, Mararaba and Gwagwa, little girls have joined the illicit trade. They parade a horde of half-nude girls and women of various ages and sizes brazenly exposing themselves, while openly and desperately beckoning on motorists and passers-by to pick them for the night.
They insult, poke rude jokes and pour vituperation on those who look at them scornfully or ignore them.
Indeed, for Abuja’s affluent and powerful men, it has become commonplace to place order for these women on the street or import them from other states and even from far-flung countries in the Caribbean and Asian countries. High-society social, political functions are incomplete without a harem of these shadowy women. The import of these is that the upsurge requires a holistic framework to be able to deal with this seemingly intractable scourge.
Although the focus is typically on the females, no heterosexual prostitutes exist without willing male companions ready to pay the price for their services. Blamed for the resurgence of this social vice are the lack of job opportunities, the lack of education, and other socio-economic issues such as low self-esteem or psychosis. The flourishing religious centers have provided no succour either.
Since the menace is defying these stereotypes – for example, a former minister once confessed that our tertiary institutions were churning out more prostitutes than career-ready graduates -- education and religion must be tweaked towards combating it. Parents, civil society and the traditional institutions should embrace family values and expose those who flaunt illicit wealth and inculcate the right ethos in the adolescents to discourage the evil act.
Most importantly, the government should provide jobs, encourage entrepreneurship and provide an enabling environment for the realization of opportunities and sense of self-worth. Our young daughters and sisters must be discouraged from selling their bodies to filthy and immoral men who have nothing but money, HIV/AIDS and other venereal diseases to offer.

Students Beg President Jonathan To Wade Into ASUU Strike
Students of the Ebonyi State University (EBSU) on Friday begged President Gooodluck Jonathan to wade into the lingering ASUU and Federal Government crisis.
The students said that they looked up to Mr President to personally intervene in the face-off. Mr Louis Onwe, a 300-level biochemistry student said: ‘’His intervention into the ongoing crisis will lead to timely resolution of the impasse and resumption of academic work.’’
He said that since the president enjoyed enormous goodwill with the union, it would listen to him if he intervened personally in the face-off. “ASUU demands are quite germane as it will boost research and development of infrastructures in the universities,’’ Onwe said.
Mr Kelechukwu Anyigor, also a 300-level student of biochemistry, said they were optimistic that Jonathan’s intervention was needed to quickly resolve the strike. “Our president enjoys tremendous goodwill because of his human rights records, and his attempt to reposition the country’s economy.
“It is our candid belief that if he personally intervenes in the matter, ASUU will listen to him in the interest of the students and the nation at large,’’ Anyigor said. Mr Michael Otuu of the Department of Business Administration, called on the president to rise above politics and wade into the crisis in the interest of Nigerian students and university education.
According to him, the indefinite strike already in its fifth week is having a negative toll on the academic pursuit of university students in the country.
Otuu called on well meaning Nigerians to prevail on the federal government to accede to the demands of ASUU in the interest of industrial harmony in the system.
The National President of ASUU, Dr Isa Fagge, declared a nationwide indefinite strike on July 1 to protest the failure of the government to honour the 2009 agreements it reached with ASUU.

Nigerian Police Busts Kidnappers’ Spiritual Home In Delta State
The shrine which is located in a forest in Oduke, a neighborhood of Okwe community in Asaba, capital of Delta state, is presided over by a fake prophet and his wife, also suspected to be members of the kidnapping/armed robbery syndicate.
Armed robbery and kidnap victims taken there are forced to drink concoctions to hypnotize them. But the concoction also gives health complications.
The escape of Mrs. Ojukwu from the shrine however blew the lid open, after she was dispossessed of her property including cash. She promptly reported the incident to the police.
It was gathered that the gang usually entrapped unsuspecting passengers in a vehicle occupied by the gang members with the driver of the cab pretending to be a commercial transporter.
Mrs. Ojukwu who claimed to be a trader in jewelries, said she was going to Nnewi, in the neighboring state of Anambra on the fateful day when she ran into the hoodlums along the Onitsha-Owerri expressway in Anambra state.
According to her, she had flagged down a taxi occupied by the driver and three passengers including a man and two women and told the driver that she was going to Nnewi.
She claimed that the driver reversed the vehicle and headed towards the River Niger Bridge, instead of going to Nnewi, following which she said they threatened to shoot her if she raised alarm. A gun was pointed on her head.
According to her, she was initially taken to the operational base of the hoodlums in Oduke area of Asaba before she was taken to the shrine which had the paraphernalia of a Christian worship centre.
Mrs. Ojukwu said the prophet in-charge of the shrine forced her to drink concoction which made her to be unconscious, adding that as at the time regained consciousness, her N.6 million and gold jewelries valued at N1.8 million were gone.
Meanwhile, Mrs. Ojukwu has taken ill, following a strange ailment she incurred after allegedly drinking the concoction at the shrine.
“I have gone to several hospitals to seek solution to this ailment that is making me to cough to no avail,” she said, adding doctors were yet to diagnose the strange ailment for possible remedy.
Delta state police command Public Relations Officer, ASP Lucky Uyabeme, who confirmed the report, said some of the suspects have been arrested from their hide out.
He said the woman was rushed to a hospital where doctors confirmed that she was suffering as a result of the concoction she drank, adding that the victim was still undergoing medical examination.
According to the police spokesman Uyabeme, the prophet who forcefully administered the concoction on the victim scaled the fence when he sighted the police and had since gone underground.
Delta State once earned the notoriety of being the base of kidnappers in Nigeria.
UNIBEN Sacks Professor, 15 Senior Academic And Non-Academic Staff
Authorities of the University of Benin, UNIBEN, have sacked 16 senior academic and non academic staff members, including a professor and five doctorate degree holders, over various offenses.
The affected staff are now at loggerheads with the university’s authorities, as they have vowed to explore all available legal options to ensure that justice is done over the issue.
Those affected include Professor Anselm Igbafe, Dr Anthony Ijewere, Dr Mrs. Akortha, Dr Stephen Unyimadu, Dr Ophori, Mr. Emmanuel Okon and Y.K. Adebayo Stella Odjimogh.
Others are Mrs. May Nwoye, Barrister Folarin Dimowo, Mr. Kehinde Samuel and Messrs. S. Omokheyeke,Daniel Agbonze, Johnbull Osayamen, Richard Okokobioko and Osaigbovo Amaize-Amenze respectively.
They accused the UNIBEN management and its Vice Chancellor, Prof. Osayuki Godwin Oshodin of a calculated attempt to put them and their families “in total hunger and suffering.”
Dr. Ijewere was allegedly sacked for extorting money from students by forcing them to buy his textbook; while Dr. Unyimadu was axed for alleged anomalies in publications and use of fake UNIBEN documents, including pay slips as Professor to National Open University.
On his part, Barrister Folarin Dimowo was sacked over allegations that he knowingly cleared a student, Miss Pryanka Onaemeran even when the panel of inquiry allegedly recommended that she should be warned against future act; just as Mr. Neville Obakhedo was relieved of his duties for allegedly threatening to set ablaze designated areas of the university.
Also, Dr. Mrs. Roseline Ucheya got the sack for allegedly being
involved in examination misconduct, releasing questions to some students and taking them to write exams in her residence, among other offences, and Mr. Odin Okojie was sacked over allegations that he demanded the sum of N40, 000 from a contractor.
But the affected staff said the action of the institution violates the extant regulations governing the University and contrary to the findings and recommendations of a panel of inquiry which investigated the allegations brought against them.
They accused the VC of skewing the university Council's recommendations “in his personal favor so he can get rid of staff opposed to his style of leadership.”
When contacted, head of Public Affairs Department of the University, Barr. Harrison Osariemen, stated that the Governing Council of the institution, which is the highest decision-making body, made the recommendation, which was implemented by the VC.
The decision of the University on the matter was contained in a memorandum dated 15th July 2013.

Husband Will Soon Be Very Scarce; Women Group Cries Out
“The future of this country is going to be very bleak for the male-child [tomorrow's husbands]. How many girls do you see hawking clothes? Go to Onitsha, they are all men.
"We have looked round and have come to see that there is a neglect of boys in education. Who are armed robbers on the streets? They are mostly the boys.
"Let us concentrate on training boys."
The National Council of Catholic Women Organisation of Nigeria, NCCWO, on Thursday warned against the alarming drop of male-child in education. With the drop, the group noted that in the next 10 years, there would be a scarcity of men being able to be real husbands to a woman in the country.
The organisation National President, Felicia Onyeabo, stated this at a briefing to herald the inauguration of Cor Mariae College, Abuja.
“The NCCWO feels that a vacuum is being created, and very soon, we shall be faced with a situation where our educated girl-child will not find a corresponding suitable boy-child to marry. This is because more boys drop out of school, apparently because the high rate of unemployed youth discourages our young boys from appreciating the need to be educated," Madam Felicia said.

UNBELIEVABLE!! Doctor Claims Pregnant 15-year-Old Teen Is Still A Vī́rgin.
A court in Dubai was told that a pregnant teen was still a vī́rgin, according to court proceedings.
That was the diagnosis of a doctor in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, presented at the trial of a 15-year-old teen girl, who was accused of violating the country's harsh Islamic law against sēx outside marriage.
The girl, identified only by her initials MM, was checked out and has since given birth to a girl, the local newspaper reported. Testifying against the doctor's report, MM told prosecutors that she had sēx with her 17-year-old boyfriend, identified by the initials YA, on several occasions.
"I met him through the internet and fell in love with him," the girl said. "We have had many dates in my family's house in Oud Mutaina, Dubai, and had sēx in my bedroom after my parents fell asleep. He had full sēx with me three times and when I told him I was pregnant, he didn’t care."
The boy, meanwhile, insists that the two were not sēxually active, according to a local newspaper.
"I did not make her lose her vī́rginity and did not make her pregnant," he told the newspaper. "After a while we broke up. I was surprised when her family was at my house and told me that I made her pregnant."
The boy said that MM was seeing other guys throughout their relationship and demanded a paternity test.
But he admitted to touching the girl, according to a newspaper. The report suggests that girl may have become pregnant from semen dripping into the womb which is highly unlikely to have occurred.
The two teenagers have been subjected to judicial oversight.
