Pokello Nare's long stay in Ghana with her boyfriend Elikem Kumordzi has raised eyebrows among her fans who said culturally she is setting a bad example amid fears she could be cohabiting. Traditionally, Pokello was not supposed to stay with her boyfriend until she marries. But so far, the two lovebirds have been gallivanting in Ghana, club hopping and cosying up as seen on the pictures posted on her Facebook page.

A two-year-old boy from Huaxi, has undergone an operation to give ‘birth’ after doctors diagnosed him as ‘pregnant’.


Xiao Feng, was brought to hospital after his stomach had become so distended that he had begun to suffer breathing difficulties.

Once admitted, doctors took x-rays and MRI scans and discovered that Feng was carrying the undeveloped foteus of his own twin inside his stomach and they rushed him to surgery.

Man kills his pregnant girlfriend because he didn’t want to pay child support

A man was arrested, charged and convicted of murder related charges after he killed his pregnant girlfriend because he didn’t want to pay child support and his girlfriend refused to get an abortion, according to police reports in Oklahoma.

LeFlore County Police said a man accused of killing pregnant Kaloni Flynn had told another person that if the 20-year-old woman did not end the pregnancy, he would get rid of it for her.

Power Holding Company of Nigeria (PHCN) workers protested yesterday the non-payment of their entitlements, to stall the take-over of the company by new owners.

In Abuja, they barricaded the entrance to the headquarters at Maitama District.

A few minutes away, President Goodluck Jonathan was presenting the certificate and licences to the new owners at the Banquet Hall of the State House.

As the Federal Government prepares to mark the 53rd anniversary of Nigeria’s independence from colonial rule, some students are mobilizing to protest the insensitivity of the government to the plight of lecturers at various universities in the country.

TRAGIC: Seven People Brutally Beheaded On Maiduguri/Damaturu Road

In a shocking incident, seven people have been reportedly killed Makintamari village in Kaga Local Government in Borno state along the Damaturu/Maiduguri road.
According to eyewitnesses account, the travellers were beheaded with their heads placed on their lifeless bodies on the main road.

On Thursday the 26th of September, 2013, the family of Mrs Tolu Kalejaiye, a London-basedaccountant and mother were shocked when they learnt of her untimely death.
