A Final Year Student Of LASPOTECH Murderded In Cold Blood

A final year student of Lagos State Polytechnic, Ibrahim Oluwaseun, 26, has been killed by suspected cult members at his parents home in Somolu area of Lagos. The deceased, a student of Business Administration, was said to have been preparing to defend his final year project this week when he was killed on Friday night.

Our correspondent also gathered that the deceased was sitting with his mother outside their home on New Balogun street, when he was shot around 9pm.
An eyewitness, who pleaded anonymity, said the gunmen were about seven.

The leader of the Niger Delta People’s Volunteer Force, NDPVF, Muhajid Asari-Dokubo has joined the swelling rank of private university proprietors with his establishment of a university in the neighbouring Republic of Benin.

Mr. Asari-Dokubo, who already owns a soccer academy in the West African country and another one in Abuja, said the university, which will be known as King Amachree African University, KAAU, had already been accredited to commence degree programmes beginning September 2014.

Pilots Were Arguing Before Agagu's Plane Crashed - Blackbox

According to the black box for the Associated Airlines aircraft that crashed on the 3rd October in Lagos Nigeria and killed 15 people, there appeared to have being an argument between the Captain and the First Officer of the Associated Airline aircraft.

PMNews reports that the readout of the black box , also known as Cockpit Voice Recorder, CVR, conducted by Nigeria’s Accident Investigation Bureau, AIB, in its Abuja’s laboratory revealed that the computer onboard the plane sent a warning message to the Captain, Yakubu Abdulrahman, shortly before take-off but he ignored it.
