Kanye West Charged With Criminal Battery For Attacking Papparazi

Why so violent? Kanye attacked Daniel Ramos and wrestled him to the ground like a wounded animalOn July 19th, 2013, at LAX airport, Kanye West attacked a popular Paparazzi Daniel Amos.

Following the incident, Police carried out investigations, resulting to Kanye West has been charged with criminal battery and attempted grand theft for attacking a member of the papparazi.

According to Daniel Ramos, the photographer, West punched him and wrestled him to the ground to try and grab his camera. Ramos sustained hip injuries and was sent to the hospital.

Ramos filed a lawsuit against West.If convicted, the controversial rapper could face up to a year in jail.
He will be arraigned on October 10th.

No doubt, paparazzo can be annoying to say the least, but truth is celebs in Kanye's league ought to know it comes with the terrain. Attacking him that way was a little extreme.
